You really need a lot of other ice cream attachments.Starts with a table of contents, an intro, how to use a freezing appliance, and a bit about ice cream.Each recipe starts with a title, summary of the dish and list of ingredients.Instructions are included and there are no servings, no pictures and NO nutritiona information.Love combination of flavors you can create.
This has a lot of interesting gourmet ice cream recipes. I am a pretty simple kind of girl. I really wasn't looking for gourmet ice cream recipes, so for me it was a little disappointing. But if you like those sorts of things this definitely your type of book! I gave it 3 stars because it didn't meet my needs, but that doesn't mean it won't meet the fancy cooks needs ha! You will probably love it!
This book is really great and my wife really loves it too! I guess that's what really matters lol. We really like the cookie dough ice cream recipe too.I recommend purchasing it because it's great to have all these delicious recipes on demand :)
Received this book today! Is excellent but mostly all the same recipes I have were identical in my Complete Cuisinart Ice Cream Book. Multiple identical recipes except this book is adapted to the Kitchenaid mixer. How did I get so fooled??? The authors of both books are different names, so expected different recipes; assuming each book was different. Was I wrong! They are written by same person. The inside sheets are identical in looks, typo, etc. So either buy one book OR other, not both. One of the books are worthwhile, but you don't need both.
